Weight Loss Training Programs

The "Weight Loss" Training Programs are 6 months of training programs that consists of 4 training programs per week. It consists of 2 different training phases: Stabilization and Strength Endurance. This program is ideal for anyone looking to: improve their body composition ("tone up"), improve their stamina & endurance, & also serves as a strong fitness foundation to build with. A great analogy is to think of your body as a skyscraper - you want a stable foundation before you start to add levels on top of one another (hypertrophy, max strength, power, etc).
The outline of this program will look like this:
1) Month 1 = Stabilization training (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
2) Month 2= Strength Endurance (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
3) Month 3 = Stabilization training #2 (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
4) Month 4= Strength Endurance #2 (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
5) Month 5 = Stabilization training #3 (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
6) Month 6= Strength Endurance #3 (4 weeks x 4 training sessions per week = 16 training programs)
